Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation Policy-


For Customers-


We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to the following:


1. Potentially fraudulent order. Before shipping orders, we run a check to make sure they are legitimate. If the check fails, we may cancel your order.
2. Incorrect pricing. Due to the sometimes volatile market for collectible products, sometimes there are major fluctuations in price. Therefore, we reserve the right to remove any item from any order and provide a full refund to the customer for that item.
3. Non-Payment of Non COD orders. If payment is not received within a reasonable amount of time after the order has been placed, we may cancel an order without notice.
4. If the order is not serviceable by us due to non availability of the product among any of our vendors
5. If your pin code is not serviced by any of our courier partners
6. If the procurement is taking longer than 7 working days and you are not willing to wait further.

 

Return Policy


1. Customers should take a note that FMB deals with all used product, we cannot offer identical replacement of any items, at the same time return will only be accepted if the product described in the listing is not matching with the item supplied.
2. If the Verified Product by FMB does not match with the listing on the Site.
3. We will not accept any return for Item whose specification are matching with the description on Site.
4. FMB verified Products will be accepted for return if not operational within the warranty period as given at the time of purchase.
5. FMB Verified Products will not be accepted for return in the following circumstances-
a.The serial number of the appliance has been altered, tampered with or removed.
b. The appliance has been tampered with, subject to misuse, negligence and damaged while in transit.
c. The appliance has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with instruction given by manufacturer or due to technical negligence.
d. The product has undergone repairs, modifications, or dismantled by any other person prior verification of FMB
e. Defect caused by abnormal voltage or in-coming power supply from a generator.
f. Defect caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, negligence, accidents and other natural disasters or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
g. Defect caused by chemical reaction, excessive heat, excessive dust, corrosive surroundings.
h. Components parts which require replacement in the ordinary course of use due to normal wear and tear by reasons of their characteristic, including accessories.
i. Where FMB Technical team is of the opinion that the Product intended for return has not been operated correctly or is due to negligence of operator operating the equipment.
j. FMB reserves the right to inspect the item and if required repair and service it to bring the item in the same state at the time of purchase.
6. Return of FMB Verified Products- FMB products returned as per policy has to be shipped the designated location as required by FMB or at location where the product was delivered. Full refund to this regard will be executed within 20 working days on receipt of the returned product. The refund will be credited to the account number specified by Customer
7. Return of Verified or Non Verified Items-
a. FMB will not accept return of item due to delay in Delivery arising from unforeseen circumstances, unless the buyer has intimated timeline for delivery and FMB has accepted the timeline.
